-For your annual AUTOMATIC ELEVATOR concerns, we offer certification of elevators for phase I and II firemans service. 

Our company spearheaded the petition which changed the law and broke the monopoly regarding the way phase 1 and 2 elevator operations are certified in the City of Los Angeles. Do not be deceived! If your facility has an annual contract with an elevator conveyance company, your conveyance mechanic can demonstrate phase 1 and 2 elevator operations to our fully certified Fire Inspectors.  This will put you in full compliance for your annual Regulation #4 requirements.  We then write up your report and submit it to the proper Fire authorities for your annual certification, pending the repairs of any deficiencies.The new handling of elevator certifications took effect as of 2-8-2008. - If you have deficiencies pending from another tester, we provide 2nd competitive bids for repairs and re-testing.

- Retesting after YOU conduct repairs 

- Two fire trucks are available for emergency fire watches or for rentals during pump or other repairs

- We do not- never have-never will - work on commission - ask when getting your bids. Low test pricing may inidicate they WILL make up the difference when it comes to repairs!!  Many companies testers work on commission based on the defects they find. Something to consider while looking for your next certified Fire Testing Company.
